Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery via DHL or FedEx
- 10-15 business days delivery after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery via EMS
- 15-25 business days delivery after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your water sports equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from receipt of your package to initiate a return or exchange
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Harnesses (Attache Harnais)
- Leashes
- Used Bodyboard equipment
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale items or discounted foil packs may have different return conditions (please check at time of purchase)
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] using the template below
- Wait for confirmation and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack your item carefully in its original packaging with all accessories

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- For card payments, the time for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank (typically 1-2 billing cycles)
Exchanges
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item as soon as we receive and inspect the original return
- If the exchanged item has a different price, we’ll adjust the difference via refund or additional payment
- Delivery times for exchanges follow our standard shipping times (10-25 days depending on method chosen)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a foil or bodyboard), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and fast replacement.
